Be aware that the Grand Teton Mountains are on one side of the approach and some hills on the other.  Awesome views though on a nice day!!

The Grand Teton Nat'l Park is right there.  Breathtaking scenery.  Just beautiful! 

Downtown

Downtown is very cool in summer or winter.  It has a very nice western feel to it.  During the summer they have the longest running "Street Shootout" in the country.  They have a show every evening with horses, cowboys and cowgirls with shooting guns and everything.   It is right in the town square.  It is interesting to see.

There are also many bars and restaurants nearby.

In the winter there is good skiing.  I believe ski gear (clothes I mean) can be rented or borrowed from either the resorts or maybe even the hotels.  (check within)

Wildlife

The nearby wildlife is also quite amazing.  I think I saw at least 5 different species of animal on my drive to the hotel.  Caribou, coyotes etc.  Crazy!!
