According to the locals around Leakey, Tx it is far better to land on runway 33 and depart on runway 15.  One way in and out.. The reason is on the approach end of 15 is a hill.  As you approach and  realize there is a hill there you will tend to climb above and over the hill.  Then you dive down after, getting fast and landing long.  Since the runway is farely short there is a chance of then over running the end of the runway. 

The runway is also  very thin as well as the taxiway.  Really nothing there except a small dinky rundown hangar and a couple of tie downs with big field next to it.
